This 2-Day workshop will explore the intricacies of Search Warrants from beginner to advanced levels. After receiving the foundational instruction, each attendee will become the affiant (author) of a search warrant in the practical application component. This workshop will establish a skill set to be successful when preparing and executing any type of search warrant.

Cancellation Policy:

If Serrato and Associates cancels the course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded or the tuition can be credited to a future course.

If the student/agency cancels prior to 48-hours before the course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded or the tuition can be credited to a future course.  

If the student/agency cancels less than 48-hours prior to the course the tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the tuition can be credited to a future course.  

If the student "NO SHOWS" the course tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.  However, the tuition can be credited to a future course. 

For conferences or symposiums, the cancelation refund policy is extended to five (5) business days.

In lieu of cancellation you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to rick@serratotraining.com.
