This course will focus on the history and evolution of California gangs, gang crimes, types & culture of gangs including prison gangs. Included in the instruction of the course are the gang structure, mentality, gang tattoos, signs, gang attire, and gang terminology.

 

Instructors will discuss how gang members are using social media to benefit their gang, and the challenges that go with leaving the gang. Also, the discussion of effective supervision strategies of gang caseloads, case management, safety procedures and techniques for field officers

Cancellation Policy:

If Serrato and Associates cancels the course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded or the tuition can be credited to a future course.

If the student/agency cancels prior to 48 hours before the course, the full amount of tuition will be refunded or the tuition can be credited to a future course.  


If the student/agency cancels the course less than 48 hours prior to the course the tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the tuition can be credited to a future course.  


If the student "NO SHOWS" on the day of the course the course tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the tuition can be credited to a future course. 


In lieu of cancellation you may transfer your registration to another person without penalty. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to rick@serratotraining.com.
